Line & Ledger LLC is a bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm for private practices. Founded in 2019 by Robin Angaiak, based in Alaska, serving practices across the United States remotely.
Robin Angaiak, Founder
Self-proclaimed Happy Human. Robin grew up in an Alaska village and spent seasons commercial fishing before finding her way into the numbers side of small business. She founded Line & Ledger in 2019 with a simple conviction: business owners deserve to understand their own money without being made to feel small about it.
Today she leads a team that supports private practice owners nationwide — translating numbers into next steps, in plain language, with a lot of warmth and zero jargon.

We call it Numbers-to-Next-Step. Three indicators tell us how a practice is really doing — whether the books are current, whether the owner is paid, and whether the practice can absorb a surprise. From there we look through four lenses:
- Cash — what is actually available, and when
- Profit — what the practice keeps after the work is done
- Capacity — what the team and the schedule can carry
- Next step — the one decision that matters most this season
We are not available to everyone, which makes us more available to you.
We take a limited number of practices at a time, on purpose. It is the only way to stay close enough to be useful when a real decision shows up.
